Percheron Hires Ronny Howell As Managing Director

HOUSTON, TX – December 7, 2022 – Percheron, LLC has hired Ronny Howell as Managing Director, based in Charlotte, NC.  Ronny will be responsible for project oversight and quality execution as well as business development efforts in the Southeast region. He joins Percheron with 16 years’ experience in the energy industry.

Ronny began his career in the energy industry as a right of way agent, performing easement negotiations on natural gas pipeline projects.  He worked on various large-scale pipeline and electric transmission projects, elevated into project management.  In 2014, Ronny took the position of Sr. Real Estate Representative for a natural gas distribution company, providing project management on transmission and distribution natural gas facilities, managing third party land contractors, working with outside counsel for eminent domain proceedings and maintaining a land budget. 

Previously, Ronny served as Manager of Land Services for an electric power and natural gas distribution company, overseeing land programs for electric distribution, natural gas, telecommunications, renewables, and timber management projects.

Ronny is an active member of The Southern Gas Association, serving on the right of way committee since 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Faulkner State University and his North Carolina Real Estate License.
